First, the bad news: the Days Inn and the Holiday Inn are both sold out.
The good news: most of other hotels in downtown Baltimore still have vacancies at the Otakon room rate. We'll keep this and our hotels page updated as things develop. For breaking news, watch the hotel announcement thread on the Otakon Forum.
The rules for Otaku Idol 2004 have been posted here. There have been some changes since last year, so read carefully!
Also, many folks have asked when we'll have our online pre-registration up and running. The best answer is "soon". We're working hard to get it right before we release it. Watch this space (and all the usual update places) for an announcement when it's ready!
