hey ppl ^_^... im pretty new to all this and was wondering does ne 1 kno if there r ne Anime Conventions in the UK?

Yes, there are. The main ones I know of are Minami, Aya and Amecon. I don't have links handy for those first two, but Amecon info is available here.

And, as always, there's always Google when all else fails.

Knuckles, your sig is too large. Please read the rules regarding the forum and signature size, height can't be any larger than 40 pixels...

In the meantime, take down your oversize sig whilst making the new one, or the mods might take away your sig priveleges
