Iron Chef cook off

I missed the cook off at the Ushicon

in fact I did not even know that there was one. Will there be one at the A-Kon and if so will the time/place be posted on the message board or will there be info here? I think it would be fun to watch or even do. I started a new topic because I can't remember were I saw a post about it. Anyway I am still new to this site and learing my way around so could someone PLEASE answer this topic.

I did know that is was made up of AMV people. Or do you mean that noone really cooked? But I thought that someone said that AMV was going to have another one at the A-Kon. I was just wondering if it was true and were/when it was going to be. I just thought it would be cool to also meet other AMVer's at the A-Kon I did meet 1 person at the Ushicon but I can't remember his name but he was one of the security people (about 6 feet tall,skinny with brown hair and was wearing glasses)anyway the only reason why he introduced himself to me was because he saw the AMV badge I was wearing.

but I think at the A-Kon I will put my Avatar on the badge with my name.

The BUFFER!!!! I *think* you met The Buffer. He's the only AMVer that I know that was on staff (and security at that).

As for Iron Chef, I think it'll be a bit more difficult at A-kon since Ushicon was in Austin and about....6 of us with computer live in Austin. As for Dallas, I know MJ lives there, but that would give us just one computer. I guess we could all bring ours down, but I'm lazy
