as for any rules. they havn't posted them yet. i would think they would be the same as last year and are pretty easy. no nudity, excesive violence, or explicet lyrics. also had to be less then 7min long and no shorter then i think 30 sec. you could submit the videos in dvd, vhs or mini-dv format and others but i don't remember. Thats all i can remember.

Find some pictures of what you want and take some sewing classes.

I am going to be cosplaying but I have a pretty simple costume. A bunch of friends and I are going as FLCL charactors and I am going to be Amarao. Need to work on the side burns and eyebrows though...
