A-Cen Roomies wanted!

Need roomies to help share a single room, double bed. Boy/girl doesn't matter since there's already at least one of each.

Currently need at least one other person who doesn't mind sharing a bed. Reservations haven't yet been made for the room, but we'll be getting a 4 person. Yes, someone will most likely have to sleep on the floor, but an air matress/folding cot is not unexpected.

As of now there are two definates (one boy, one girl) and two maybes (both boys). If either (or both) of those two maybes drop, we'll need someone to fill their spot(s).

You will have to supply your own food, but the cost of the room will be evenly divided. A reservation hasn't yet been made, but I will PM the individual cost to interested parties when it has been. No, I will not post it publicly, as I consider that bad form.

Updates as nesicary. Reservation will be finalized by the end of this month.

Reservations NOT finalized. Repeat: Not finalized. Everyone who's shown interest so far has pulled out and I can't be stuck with a large room by myself.

It may turn out that we'll be getting a smaller room with only two-three people in it. Depends on how many end up saying they'll come. So far it's just myself and my girlfriend.

We're still open to accept other people, but we need 'FOR SURE's not 'maybe's. The window for this is closing, so if you're interested, please PM/e-mail me.

I'm setting the final date for March 1st. what we have then is what we're going with.

I have a party of three going to ACen, and we were wondering if we could just get a room all together. The more people in one room, the more partying everyone does, and the cheaper the room gets for everyone. How's that sound?

Most decidedly awesome. If you don't mind sharing the room with two other people, so five in total, it's all good. Course this means we'll have to share the beds and someone will probably have to sleep on the floor.

And I have reserved a room. I did it less than a day after my last post. I called up and found out that they were going fast. All that was left were the big four person rooms so we've got one of those. Two two person beds and I'm sure we could scare up an air matress somewhere.

Your speaking up is a good thing. Those big rooms are expensive.

But, yeah. Rooms reserved under my name and half payed for. I'll foot the other half as well and then anyone staying there can drop me a check/cash for their share when we check in.

When are you planning to go? Because we wanted to get there on Thursday night to register early. We also don't know exactly when we are getting there (I live in Missouri), since we have finals that same week (final exam schedule hasn't been released yet). Adn we're also not sure if we'd be staying with you since it may be cheaper for us to stay in the Days Inn two miles down the road, but the more people we get in this room the cheaper it will become.

We still have to figure this out, but it should work out somehow. If you know any people going to ACen that need rooming, then please keep posting.

We're planning on showing up friday morning and staying till sunday so you'll probably have to find accomodations for thursday night.

Also, I forgot to mention, 'party' should be stricly 'group of people' and not 'happy-fun-time' because we intend to use this room for resting and a quiet place to get away (and occasionally shower) and don't want to be kept up by 20 unexpected guests.

Lastly, I've suddenly hit some really shaky ground, and the probability of my even GOING is suddenly in the ballance. Just a warning, but I thought I should let you know. It should be settled down within a week and there will be a rock solid 'yes or no' answer. My suggestion, reserve the room at Days Inn to keep your options open. You can always cancel it.
