No, believe it or not, Pioneer itself screwed up with the translation of Alucard's name, and made it Arucard.

it's Arucard, that's from an official Gonzo statement. (I know the Japanese have no "L" sound, so they use "R" instead, but Arucard is offical by Gonzo)

Well alucard is definently not as good as Arucard sounds and no i didnt watch Fansub!

nicholas is right there is no "L" sound in the japanese language

So insteaad of bitching on how i spell the damn name as long as u know who im talking about the is'nt that much of a fucking problem good god@_@

I was highly dissapointed by the Hellsing anime mostly because of the ending, I expected Alexander and "The guy whose name is Dracula backwards" to finish the battles they have started. But nothing definate comes of that deadly rivalry. And I also expect Victoria to stand up for herself instead of constantly depending on her Master all the time. Especially after the death of Ferguson, it seems like she has found her own resolve and her own 'place' inside the Hellsing organization, yet we still find her leaning on "Dracula Backwards" in the end. If these issues aren't resolved in a Hellsing movie of some sort.. I don't know... I'll join GONZO digimation and make it for them!

Really, if you think EVA and Hellsing are the best, you've obviously not sampled nearly enough 'dark anime' You will go watch Soul Taker now, and you will enjoy it immensely. Seriously.
