Question about Digimon DVD

I was wondering, how come they never released subtiled versions or uncut dubs of the anime series Digimon? I mean I like to see if there was a possibility of making an uncut Digimon. I think Fox & Disney screwed up & never released uncut or subtiled versions. Besides, I can't find Digimon Frontier anywhere on TV.
