Live action Bebop movie

I've just heard that teh guy who produced bebop is making a live action movie based on the second series... in hollywood!

he's using american actors, the movie will be in english and apparently the actors look frighteningly like their animated counterparts.
This may just be a rumor but I got it from a pretty reliable source :/

yeah, i can name him, hes this ubergeek 20 year old living with his parents and he has 3 computers and his own server w/ 1tb of storage and a t1 connection

anyhow his aim name is redninjadrago and I just joined him on the org although somehow the activation email never got there :/ ima be workin with him and 2 other guys to make a few amvs that they planned out. Me being the uberl33t video tech dood doing teh ripping n prepping n some editing n such.

I would love to see a live action movie, if they could make it actually like the series, but i think it would be impossible to capture 26 episodes in about 2 and a half hours, if they could pull it of, that would be awesome, though i dont think they can.
