where was a mini-series on the WB that got some publicity a few years back about a kid that was half alien on his dads side and he had a magic glove and destroyed a base on the moon and junk like that. I don't remember that much, can anyone else fill in the blanks?

its was aired around 9 or 10, details are hazy but I know it was there.

i remember 1 show when i was like 3 about koalla bears and ayer's rock but I have no effing clue what it was or what it was about

I believe you were reffering to Koalla Walla World. That was indeed drawn by Japanese artists, as was Bell and Sebastian and numerous other cartoons that appeared on Nickelodeon in the old days.
