The Most Disturbing Scenes In Anime ***SPOILERS***

Post by Spike_ Spiegel » Tue Feb 01, 2005 9:39 pm

Well, our favorite characters die all the time in anime, or theres some really F uped twist, and nothing seems like its ever going to work out. :( these things happen all the time in anime, and will continue to as long as its around. So, I ask you, what scene was so disturbing, THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORGET? :?
Mine was in the last Ep of CB, when spike dies. I'm still not over it!

pictures from the scene would be nice, as long as they follow the foarm rules!

When i read this one thing poped into my head....the last episod of Berserk. That last episode was SOOOO f-cked up.

I mean not only was it just insane. It was just plain psycnotic evil. This is a spoiler so i put it in white. I mean Caska gets taken by demon Griffith while Guts chops off his own arm to come rescue her. But Guts is stopped and held down while Caska the woman he loves is raped by Griffith write in front of his own eyes. That episode and scene have seriously scarred me for life.

Yeah, Spike's death got me down for awhile, especially after Faye reveals her feelings for him. I really got too attached to the CB characters.

One of the most $%#&ed up scenes in recent memory is that scene in Ninja Scroll where Jubei fights against that tatooed snake demon woman and a snake comes out of her snatch. Yeah...that was wrong.

i feel ya man *sniffle*, i feel ya *sniffle*

so more scenes...hmmmm

While i am on the subject of sad f-cked up stuff...

Grave of The Fireflies. Most of the movie really, but specifically when Seita first relizes his sister has died and of course the ending in general. Also the way his aunt treats him (it pisses me off). One of the saddest movies i have ever watched.

In Samurai X when Kenshin accidentally kills Tomoe who jumps in front of hime to save his life. I was like WTF as i balled my eyes out like a little school kid.

i'll think of more later....

Elfen Lied - Episodes 8 and 9
That whole flashback about Lucy's childhood was just so screwed up. Especially when her dog got brutally murdered by her classmates and Lucy got pissed and slaughter them. Then there's another incident later on where Lucy's other self starts to convince her that she should do more killing since it's her nature; they pulled it off by using the slaughtered kids to haunt her.
Of course you have to see it for yourself in order to fully appreciate it.

I was depressed when I started watching eva, but the movie taught me many valuable things. The part I find the most disturbing is when they play komm susser todd and you see the crosses shoot up from the earth with that scream in the BG. It still gives me chills after seeing that movie 30+ times.
