As much as I liked the first OVAs, Trust/Betrayal, I was disappointed by the series, due to the severe comedy and un-realistic approach. But as the way I am, I respect those who do like the series. There were a few episodes I did like.

As for Kenshin himself, like above, I liked his younger self, a truly professional assassin, cold and quiet
