Inu Yasha: the "new" movie

Last night I saw the most disturbing thing.
The first inuyasha movie (The love thet trancends time) is being released in the U.S. as " Inu Yasha: affections reaching across the ages".

Can someone tell me what has happened to my favorite demon-dog?!

patience young one, in time all will be reviled. plus this isn’t a high traffic time, wait till night if you want a quick response. i personally, don’t know a thing about inu yasha. Except that the dude is a fox, or cat.......... monkey maybe??? no????

The problem is not with Inu Yasha. I simply don't understand why they felt compelled to make the name of the movie so....so.... pitiful.
It's sad, really.
