What did u guys think of V.O.D.S

Well, today i decided to buy Voice of a Distant Star. I felt i got it for a pretty good deal ... ($15.99) Anyways, i watched the whole 26 mins of it and i though ... wow ... wat a great really short anime episode.

After i watched it, i felt a bit depressed about wat happened to Noboru. I was sad because Mikako couldnt see her boyfriend just one more time. The storyline was very short but was very well put. Although there were somethings that were left unanswered like who where those aliens that they were going after, and stuff like that, i felt that the was besides the point. The romantic story behind the whole series was very touching and insprational.

I was just wondering, wat did u all think about it. Any comments .. thoughts .. concerns .. etc ...

VDS is greatness....yeah it was too short, specially being so good...the animation is great, the music is amazing...its one of those things that something bad about it is hard to find.... BUT! lucky for you and for a lot of us...the guy (forgot his name) is making ANOTHER movie (hopefully it'll be longer) which will look just as good, if not better. Have great music also...and it seems to have a storyline as deep, if not deeper...but it seems like it'd need a longer time to do it in....I saw a fanDub of the preview for it (the fan dubbers actually did a really great job!

but then again fandubs arent something i watch often ) awhile back and it looked really good....so yeah.
