Ok, so I haven't seen much of the series, about 8 episodes or so, but I rented the movie too. I was wondering, does Spike actually meet anyone who doesn't die almost imediately? Besides the main characters (the two girls and the other guy) everyone he met so far that i've seen, good or bad, has died. Usually in the episode where they first appear. So before I see more, I want to know if its going somewhere or if he just keeps meeting people that get killed right away.
I really do love the show, and i'll keep watching it no matter what, but i'm the kinda person who needs info/spoilers on every show I watch. Sorry for spelling mistakes or whatever, I pulled a muscle in my hand and it makes typing hard.

1. knowing if they die isnt that big of a spoiler sense they are all just random guys that mean nothing (well cept in the movie, that thing is just a giant burning ball of magma of spoilers).
2. Yes, a lot of the time that happens...when they get Ein, the scientists live =/ But yeah i think its a running joke cuz they talk about not getting any money lately...namely cuz all their bounties end up dying. But every now and then you see them bring in some guy who didnt get an episode...so they DO get SOME people =/
3. Oh its going somewhere, a huge majority of the anime fan population agrees that its a great show. Specially the ending!
4. He does have some people (good and bad) who dont die, course you never see them again, but yes, some live.

the ppl who die mean nothing to the show becouse they are just little charachters that apear in each ep. the show is composed of a big story and then each ep has its own mini story type thing in it about the curent bounty they are trying to catch. the main characters (Spike, Faye, Jet and Ein. and Vicious the main bad guy) dont die as u can tell
its a great show, my favorit. i suggest u watch the whole thing

, but almost everyone else gets killed in some accident or sometinhg..And the movie is based right befoer the end o the series so..
