First off your sig is toooooo big. The limit on this forum is 40x600. You should fix it before the mods take it off. Second, no one has licensed Naruto yet. It will be a very hard title to get and many dubbing companies are going to fight over it. Since Bandai is a huge sponser for Naruto there is a good chance that they might get it, but there is no telling who could get it, if it is able to be gotten.
Many really popular series are very difficult to get, such as Marmalade Boy and Kodomo No Omocha. It took quite long time to get the license for Marmalde Boy (btw several companies had tried several times to obtain it, but the licensors got fuzzy and cut the deal). It wouldn't suprise me if Naruto never gets dubbed. It is already up to ep 57 and very popular, the fact that it hasn't been obtained yet means that they are having EXTREME trouble getting it.
