its legal do d/l fansubs of shows that are unlicensed in the US but the site just doesnt approve of posting how to obtain such.

It's a grey, technically-illegal-but-not-widely publicized issue. In other words, something the org wouldn't want considering it's already involved in another grey area.

Hoping they don't go too hard on you then... I do realize people make mistakes, but do mind the rules plz.
