ok i saw most of an anime recently and it was really good but i didn't catch the title so i'll describe it and if anyone knows what it is plz tell me
ok the main character is a guy with a really powerful gun, he's a member of some kind of police team called the black guards i think. his partner is this girl with red hair whos weapon is her finger nails, they elongate and she cuts people up with them. theirs an old man their supposed to be protecting but in the end it turns out he is protecting them and she's part of a mutant race of some kind, apparently these two people are the only ones cappable of makeing a human/mutant hybrid child. and the mutants don't like that cause the humans mistreat them, the humans don't like it cause they hate the mutants. but thats almost all i can remember. oh yeah the girl gets kidnapped and the guy saves her but then they both nearly die but the old man saves them and some crazy powerful deamon shows up, the girl (now pregnant with the hybrid) is super powered and kills it. that all i remember.

Okay, I'll keep it going. Guess this anime and give the names of the main characters mentioned:
And somewhat secretely plug my AMV too.
The main character is a lone wolf cop who seems cursed to always have his partners die on him. Thus, he tends not to get along well with anyone else. He ends up getting a new partner anyways, one transferred from Germany but with a terrible secret. Other main characters include other officers in their unit. One's a strong white-haired woman sniper who has trouble dealing with men. Another's a red-haired chopper pilot gal who is usually very light-hearted. They also have a Hispanic demolitions and heavy weapons expert who is also a caring family man. And their Division Manager is the female incarnation of Gendo Ikari (She does the Gendo poses a few times: hands held together in front of face and covering mouth, or hands held behind her back with a face that gives away nothing.) She's an American from New York. Their Captain is a typical gruff Japanese Sergeant who cares about his people. During the course of the series, two of these main characters will die.
(Another hint: I used this anime in my latest AMV, mj should know what it is so shush
, although you can give additional hints if you want. Looking at my video automatically disqualifies you from guessing the name of the anime. Even if the title is given away.... you still will have to search for the names of the main characters, though. )
