Onegai Twins Ending. . . .

Well I just got done watching the last ep (supposidly last ep) of Onegai Twins. It was the ending I expected, and it was a pretty closed ending. I was wondering what you guys felt about it. Even up to the last ep, were you suprised about the relationship between the three? or did you find it stupid?

I resprectfully request that you watch it again and pay attention to what Maiku says to Miina riight before the ending credits.

And from what I heard there is a OVA in the works, like what they did with Onegai Teacher.

My only complaint with Onegai Twins is that Maiku didnt end up with...oh sorry that would spoil it wouldnt it?

There had damn well better be an OVA. I was told it was going to be 13 episodes long. 13! 13 != 12. I want another episode god dammit.

Anyway overall I liked the series, though it was of course FAR inferior to Teacher. The ending did not surprise me, but that's a good thing since it was the ending I was hoping for.

i thought it was 13 episodes, not 12.

The 13th ep will be labeled an OAV just like Onegai Teacher's 13th ep. It will more than likely be another random ep (probably a summer ep) just like in Onegai Teacher (the 13th ep had nothing to do with the ending of the series it was just a "fun" ep).

Yea, i'm on ep 10 and plan to finish watching it tonight. Personaly i think it's a pretty good series. Though the whole emphasis on them repeating the lines "we may be family, we may be strangers" is a little annoying. and yes, i know it's the point of the show ... but it's annoying how they have to repeat it 20 times every episode.

We might be related... BUT WE MIGHT NOT. It's equally as annoying as hearing the word "sensei" 500000000000000000000000 times in the first series. That's the only things I don't like about these 2 series's is the severe repetition of words/phrases. The animation is top notch though.

I think I hate the dubbed version of that phrase more. Hearing Kei saying "Maam, I love!! Maam I truly do!!!" just gets on my nerves, I dont know why they didn't use the word sensei or atleast teacher. Maam just makes it sound like he doesn't know her.

speaking in all english then throwing in sensei and chan, etc just sounds stupid though. If they are speakin japanese for one line then they should always speak japanese. I dont call my teachers sensei --; Its just like when this guy complained about how in GTO the class is originally an english class but they changed it to something else in the dub...but WHY WOULD THEY BE LEARNING ENGLISH WHEN THEY ALL SPEAK IT --; Just like the Azumanga Daioh manga...Yukari isnt an englihs teacher in it, she's a spanish teacher. but uh...i really had no point to this so whtaever --;
