how can i find out if an anime will be released in the U.S.?

does anyone know a site where i can find out when or if specific anime series will come to america? there are a few series' (most of all is Pita-Ten) that i want to buy on dvd and i dont like just hoping for it to magically be there when i shop for dvds. ive tried some of those all-region import dvds but the subtitles are horrible (like "all your base are belong to us" horrible) so any info would be appreciated. (and before you say it, yes i know i can download fansubs, but its just not the same as owning the real thing)
