funniest charater animation
Don't call me perverted, but I think the funniest animated thing for a charater would be the unnatural movement of Naru's boobs, from Love Hina. Watch it and you'll see, they move like they are posessed.

It's not a screencap, but the fact that this little middle-schooler in Chobits wears size D bras frightens me to no end. I mean, the girl can't be more than five feet tall and can't weigh more than 100 pounds, and she wears D-CUPS? That's just not right....

dbz animation was so horible it was funny and the fact that one frame was used over and over and over again made it just that much funier

Yeah... there's one time where one of the characters--Goku, I think--loses part of his shirt, specifically in his shoulders... next shot is a close-up of his face, but in the corner of the screen you can see that his shirt is once again whole...and the fact that one frame was used over and over and over again made it just that much funnier
