Love hina dvd set

Is it a problem with my DVD player or the disc that I can't watch episode 25, when on the case it has episodes 1-25 listed. If you need to know what set I have, go to ebay and find i_hate_spam2198's feedback and check the item on the top. Any help is appreciated!!

yea i was thinking that to but couldnt a scratch do that as well.

'Tis not a bootleg, and its not scratched. My guess is it came from Japan, because shipping was from Hong Kong and there is Asian script on the back. Perhaps it is defective?

Hong Kong is a semi-independent Chinese territory. It's west of Japan, and is not a part of that nation. It's also known for its media counterfeiting and piracy.

If it came from Hong Kong, odds are high it is not a genuine DVD. Considering this DVD set is all-region, that offers further evidence for the "bootleg" position - most legitimate DVDs have region coding.

try clicking the said auction link a few inches up, or perhaps comparing it to the product offered by discountanimedvd.com, or get yourself a copy and view the copyright notice and the bar code.

I repeat, this is not a bootleg.

That being said, has anyone else bought this set and had the same problem? The DVD might be defective, or my DVD player could just suck. Thanks for any and all help/

When I said it shipped from Hong Kong, I meant that the Anime itself was Japenesee, but the product can be bought in China, which I understand is different. Sorry for the confusion.

i am 100% sure it is boot leg becouse it is all regon and dvds mostly do have a reagon code. the original love hina is also 6 dvds for the show and 2 for the specials. and since it was shipped from hongkong well that just covers it all. ow also look at the price, anime to cheep to be real is not real. sorry but u got triked. try asking next time befor u by
