Popotan 04 . . I'll wait for Triad ( we-suck ) sucks

of the newer series thathave come-out this fall, is a child viwe on life - Popotan
. a Fan Subbing Group calling them selves ( we suck ) started this series,
but as of Episode 03 & 04 - they are totally un-watchable!
. its sad when people make something come to life - only to have it killed by strobing Video Encodings that they are not aware is happening.

I know that a few people on this board know what I'm talking about - when I say Strobing/jump Video's; but, what is causing that to happen ??

Personally, I found Popotan to be unwatchable from the first episode, but that might have just been me =/

Even Cosplay Complex had few good idea's in it. Popotan is trying to get at -something- and I'd sorta like to see what it might be. but, a jumpy/shaking horizontal shaking is `just too much for me to handle!
