Outlaw star?

I just finished wondering 2 things is there going to be more episodes, and is the anime Angel Links any good? Also does Angel Links have any conections to Outlaw stars characters or storyline or are they only in the same universe?

First off, Im not too sure about a second installment of Outlaw Star, although there were rumors a while back. For right now there have been no releases of any continuations. As far as angel links, it is in the same universe but has nothing to do with the crew of the outlaw star.

There was worl on a secong series but latest info I have says it has been shelved in favor ogf other projects. NOt cancelled but shelved meaning there is a chance if interest is suffecient that they might still do the sequel if the folks that be in power decide they want to.

i was wondering that my self. i mean the series did end abruptley. just them flying out into outerspace. at least they could do if there lazy to make another seires they could do a movie. hell almost every anime has one!

The series didn't end that badly. I don't really see what they could elaborate on. They found the Leyline (sp?). All of the bad guys died. Melfina and Gene fall in love and the crew stays together as friends. It kinda one of those "and they live happily ever after" type of things.

not really the McDougle brothers were still alive at the end cause Ron McDougle said theyll get revenge for those who mess with the McDougle brothers.

OUTLAW STAR SPOILER

Sorry if this is not 100% because I havent watched it for awhile. The crew of the Outlaw Star get to the Galactic layline. Everyone has a final battle so to speak and Gene IIRC can get the treasure or save Melfina. He saves Melfina and the pirate leader get sthe treasure, and transforms into something very powerful. But he is destroyed by Gene and the Outlaw Star and humanity is saved and Gene avenges his father and Hilda. And he can finally admit that he has feelings for Melfina...strong feelings.

Anyways, if they do make a sequal, which they probably will not, it won't be for years.
