How many? and whats a good?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows for sure how many X episodes there are, It should be a simple question, but when i searched on the internet, i couldnt find a complete episode guide, virtualy every site i went to was missing eps, it would go like 1, 2, 4, 11.....ect...but i dont know for sure how many, and its hard to get an acreaute guide through search engines because when you type in X episode guide, i get all kinds of weird results, and even when i type in X anime epsiode guide, im getting some strange results.....

And What is a good anime..........Im going into town tommorow, and i want to get the X seires, and another, but I only know of a few good animes, so i thought i would ask some of you.....something with some good drama or tradgedy in it, preflerby.

I *THINK* X is 24 episodes with an Episode 0 at the beginning. As for a good anime, I guess this is predictable to everyone else on the boards, but Escaflowne...my favorite show. It has mecha, fantasy (dragons, swords), action, a great story, drama, romance, comedy and so on. I am fairly sure you will enjoy it. If not that...Evangelion or Rurouni Kenshin. Maybe Cowboy Bebop?

Well, I have the Escaflowne Movie, But The Movies are usualy great, And i wasnt so sure about the seires, As for cowboy bebop, I got that, and Evangelion, i seen a few images, and read soem reviews, it looks really good...oh and thx for the X info, I have the movie, and i wanted the sires, but at the place i go they only have so many, and i perfer to buy the full series when i shop, instead of just peices.........but there isnt much info on the eps from what i could find, the highest i have found on a web site was 16 i belive, so thanks for the info.

Uhm...yeah...the Escaflowne Movie is 10x worse than the series. Also the Movie is not even related to the movie, it's a totally different story and just has the same characters. The series is MUCH better. The Movie has great art and music and is still good, but it's hard to do what the series does in 10+ hours in 2 hours. Trust me...

any ways, good anime and your looking for drama and tragedy ... hmmm, i think you should look a little deeper into Eva, kare kano is pretty good for drama, Serial Experiments: Lain is also a good drama, lots of Psychology/philosophy in that and Eva. i guess Ah! My goddess is a romantic/drama/comedy ... well less comedy then drama and romance. i don't think i know an anime thats an out right Tradgedy, a lot of them have tradgic elemnts in them, but i'm not sure of any thorough tradgedy's. Princess mononoke is an Action/Drama i think. Wings of Honneamise is pretty good, its a scifi/drama. Spirited away is also pretty good too, if you like drama then you'd probalby like this one.

Im not taling about pure tradgey, or drama, just the ones that have that look to it, like Crest of the Stars, I bought It way back, .....it has a dramatic look, as well as tragic look to the way it is drawn and colored. and thx for the info.
