Looking for nip-shots in anime

Any good examples of (non-hentai) anime where female nipples are shown almost rarely or frequent as a fan service?

In short, nipple fanservice anime, anyone?

So far, there's Mahoromatic and Steel Angel Kurumi. I'm getting sick of panty shots. I want some nip-shots!

I haven't seen it myself, but a friend has. It's essentially about a kid who inherents a house run by his perverted grandfather, and all of the maids keep trying to "service" him.

Sounds bloody perfect, if you ask me.
