Agent Aika. Probably THE panty shot series (although it's intentionally that way).

Surprisingly entertaining, however, gratuitous fanservice aside.

erm, just look at the first 15 eps, a bit of fan service in all of them.......sure, theres not much towards the end, yeah, actually i was being sarcastic afterall........ :?
