Evangelion: Revival US and UK releases from ADV

For those of you that know how ADV are with their licensing / release times, this'll be hard to belive

I got talking to a guy at the ADV stand at GenCon Europe (London) over Easter, and Evangelion: Revival came up in the conversation. The guy (v. nice, btw) told me that ADV had the rights to Revival, and intending on releasing it both in the States and, later, in the US.

Now, straight from the guy himself, I'm apparently the first guy outside of the ADV office to know this, and he said I was free to start the rumour if I wanted and if it turned it to be wrong, I could blame "the ADV guy I met at GenCon".

This is why I waited to buy Eva, especially after I heard about Renewal.

Yeah, but I bought my DVDs of Eva about...two years ago so...well...how was I to know Gainax would be little bitches (oh wait...I just answered my own question.
