Hope you've seen the entire TV series (well up to the Kyoto Arc) and OVAs since Reflection pretty much ends the series and when I say end I mean it. Would sux0r to see it before everything else that occured. I should be receiving mine in the mail today as well.

I love the first OAV ive made 3 videos to it, Ive watched the series up to the end of the kyoto arc 3 times over and read the translations of the jinchuu arc manga about 2 times. I even bought 4 of the mangas from the Jinchuu arc. Im a huge Kenshin Fan. I reserved a copy of reflection 2 months in advance. I think I take kenshin A bit to far but not that I care.

Have you seen Reflection yet (via fansubs)? Because if not you *may* be disappointed with the ending inaccuracies (Keyword is MAY be disappointed and sorry to burst your bubble if you haven't). I only say this because you have read the manga and know the ending and all that. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has read the manga (i.e fanatical :)). I have almost all the manga volumes except for a few in the beginning and a couple in the Revenge Arc.

Ive seen it, even tho it has many things wrong with it I love it. Sure they could have given it a better ending but I dont think they could have done it so emotionaly  I cry every time I see it.

I've stayed clear of it until an adequate DVD release (that being today :)) since I want to see it in high quality. I know of the remade fights (yay!) and the ending (shrug). I guess I'll share my thoughts later. However, since I am generally a purist, I think I'll enjoy it, but at the same time be annoyed. We'll see this week.

Ooh! Zelda came out today too!!! :-P

D00d! I just remembered that you live in TX and were at Ushicon. I live in Austin with other AMVers like Carlos, Willem, Julian, Brad and EK.

I *think* MJ mentioned that he met you. I *think* you were in the room with all of us, but didn't say anything (hence why I don't think I've "met" you). Wow cool!....thus ends my pointless post.

You can always watch it in raw japanese without subs ya know...unless you are referring to US discs being much lower in quality (bitrates) than Japanese discs. Only solution to that is buying the Japanese discs for a large sum of money :-P
