That's okay, it's STILL a valid question, and that IS the correct answer!!

As for the Sailor Moon question, the answer is Han Keiko, who provides the voice of Luna in both the animated series and the new live-action program.

Okay, in the Studio Ghibli movie Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko (AKA Pom Poko), the aged priest Reverend Tsurukame presided over the first meeting of the tanuki in the ruined temple Manpukuji.

How old was Tsurukame?

Nope, that was one of the Masters, who appears much later in the movie. I'm talking about Tsurukame, one of the Tama Hills tanuki leaders.

I know that the 24 hours aren't quite up yet, but I'd like to be able to respond to answers before I go to bed tonight. I'll still accept answers for the Pom Poko question, but here's a new one for you to ponder:

In the Studio Ghibli movie Kaze no Tani no Naushikaa (AKA Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind or just Nausicaa, Teto, the small animal Yupa gives to Nausicaa, is a fox-squirrel.

In what other Studio Ghibli movie do fox-squirrels appear?

(Forgive my Ghibli kick, Nausicaa was my first anime apart from SM, and I just preordered the DVD ^_^)

Tenkuu no Shiro Rapyuta, or as it was released here, Castle in the Sky.

Anxiously awaiting the Nausicaa DVD as well; have to wait a bit longer because of the EVA Movie Renewal DVDs.
