2nd series of Eva...

If there's an Eva2, it should be about Aoba, Maya and whatshisname. They can get into all sorts of wacky adventures and never mention the robots. Aoba's car keeps getting crushed by Unit-01. A comedy.

I think rebuilding the series from the ground up with hour-long episodes and a hugely expanded backstory would be cool. Like a super-duper Director's Cut.

im curoius how can any of you draw conc;usions about where eva 01 is? it could have landed on earth with the mass prudoction one other wise how did the shin-ster get down? and wy the way how did uoit 00 get destroyed?

You know what I've always wanted to see? I've always wanted a completely intact episode, showing exactly what happened during Second Impact, as seen by the Katsuragi expedition. All we get are bits and pieces of it from Misato's flashbacks, and flashbacks after Second Impact during episode 21.

It's like the battle of Wolf 359 from "Star Trek: TNG". They don't actually show you what happened in "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II". They finally show the audience what happened from the perspective of the fleet in the first episode of Deep Space Nine, which is exactly what I want to see!

If a second series of Evangelion were made, it would be awesome if it did work out as an alternate universe, but starting at the beginning of episode 19, when Shinji's threatening to take out NERV headquarters with Unit 01. I have to admit, I liked how Shinji turned into a squared-away, ass-kicking, ruthless son of a bitch in that episode. His voice even changed, mimicking his father. I want to see Shinji go through the rest of the Angel attacks like that, and scare the shit out of everyone in Tokyo-3. You have to admit, it would kick so much ass to see Shinji in class with an ego and bloodlust even greater than Asuka!

Thankyou!! Another person who didn't think much of the "spaceship graveyard" the Borg left behind, until DS9 came to air.

I reckon that would be good. Make an OAV or a movie about the 2nd impact. Explain it in all its glory. That would avoid pissing off people like me who don't want to see anything after the end, seeing as the end was exactly that, the END in big block letters. With the added advantage of maybe letting people see the main Eva storyline in a new perspective. Fresh information and a story that took place BEFORE the series would be a good investment, I think.

Hmm, well, they could always do the 'I just had the strangest dream' (drinks guinesss) idea, and continue the series like they did in the EVA-R fanfic (something like 28 angels in total???) allows for a whole new series of eva.........
