Boy goes after a mecha suit
Boy is abducted by women
Girl falls in love with boy
Boy pilots mecha suit
All the girls want to combine with boy
Assistant commander of the women's ship is a crossdresser
Men and women learn to work together
Boy gets girl

Couldnt that also be Neon Genesis Evangelion...

Shinji is fustrated/sad
Shinji pilots EVA (which some people think its a mecha)
Shinji may get abducted...
In one episode Misato, Rei, and Asuka want to fuse with him

Um, never seen Evangelion (yet), but I would hope the crossdressing officer would also eliminate it. (Please tell me it does. lol)

Anyway, on topic, I have a guess, but I've already been up twice, so I'll hold back for a bit and let someone else try and get it.

i only saw evangalion on cartoon network. i'm absolutly positive that they decided to cut comething fundamentally important to the story because i was totally lost in the end. like auska, what happened to her? she ran away, they found her, then nothing. I'll have to download or rent it or something.

anywho, i couldn't even venture a guess as to what the show is.
