In The Little Mermaid the preacher is portrayed as a dolt. I mean we have seals floppin' all over the ship's deck and he's still reading the vows off the book with a fish floppin' in his hat.
Natuarally, sensitive Christians aren't going to be all too ecstatic over seeing Christians in the movies portrayed as dense boobs. I'm sure any person who was sensitive to a certain part of their life would be offended by something poking fun at it.
But that's comedy for ya.
