Oh... and in the last episode of Cowboy Bebop, I'm every single guy Spike kills from the moment he enters the building until he gets to Vicious (except for one guy) and I did some other background voices in the last 2 episodes.

And I would like to point out that Sailor Moon is drawn with the body(and leg length) of at least a sixteen year old. According to demography standards of birthrate and such, that puts her at about 1 year past the beginning of her reproductive career. Hence she and all her friends are cutey sailor fair game.

This is not to say that I support the wooing of 15 year olds(though if I were 15 again who knows

), just that in reality girls of that age give birth alot more than you would think and as such we of "the field"(demography, in my case theAnthropological variety) start counting at said age.

At least those who would consider it to be pedophilia would also acknowledge that it is not homosexual(like M. Jackson, not that I have anything against homosexuality in general, just leave the kids outa it

) and more importantly-they do not look like kids.

Whatever their age is in the story their bodies have significantly developed torsos and, more importantly, their pelvic bones seem to be easily large enough to give birth without trouble.

Of course, the sailor scouts would never get knocked up like that.

O_O I can't believe I didn't see that statement by the Hitokiri.

If you seriously think the voices don't matter...you must be deaf or something. They are the only things that allow you the viewer to (possibly) feel the emotions of the voices and the inflections in the conversations. Sure some dubs can be close, but there is no such thing as a perfect match other then...the original (duh).

To say voices don't matter is...ridiculous.

Where are you shopping???!!!!?? ADV goes for like $25, It's the cheapest one around. Pioneer is normally the most expensive, ranging from 40-50...with Manga Corps and others somewhere in between.

Also! Excel's dub voice= most horrible thing on earth....worship Kotono Mitsuitshi ....smushify ye old craptacular dub voice.

And the horrible dubbing? This people is why I watched stuff subtitled 8)

for some reason some people here actually LIKE excel...it scares me that such people exist. Every company uses the same people for most of their shows, if possible. I mean Tokyopop used Dave Lucas and Wendee Lee in practically EVERY one of their releases. but yeah thats all cuz i gtg --;

It's rather pathetic when comparing the original emotion compared to the dubbing. And my FAVORITE example is FLCL. Haruko's original voice is the most fantastic voice acting . . . like, ever. I believe they made that character just for her. And when I hear the dub . . . ugh. She makes Haruko sound WAY too young and sweet, extremely flat, dull, and WHINEY! You just gotta go with the scratchy, odd, beautifully spoken voice of the original Haruko.

She's really hot though, and not as young as she looks...she's like 20 or 21.

Anyways, for some reason the free DVD given out in Newtype USA are always ADV. Am I wrong about that? Plus ADV's DVD catalogue is better than Bandai's, and the seem to have more of the better shows, like Slayers, Evangelion, RahXephon, FF Unlimited, City Hunter, "Samurai X"

et cetera. Bandai does have Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, Love Hina, Jin Roh, Tsukikage Ran and Witch Hunter Robin however.
