I agree...I believe I stated the same thing in this thread or another. The characters in NGE are interesting (and some of the most developed), but badass is well...characters like Hiko from Kenshin, Folken from Escaflowne, Spike from Bebop, etc. People in NGE are more tragic and well...most are pretty wussy.Pierrot Le Fou wrote:I fail to see how any NGE character was badass.

The coolest characters in anime are:
of course number 1 Spike from Cowboy Bebop, the coolest character in any show, he just gives off an aura of cool
i've got to add in one of my personal favorites, Vegeta from Dragonball Z, i know that's probably not the most popular choice but that was the first anime i ever saw and i just think Vegeta is one of the coolest characters going
Vash from Trigun, funny, but also kicks major ass when he has too
Miroku from Inu-Yasha, the smoothest character in anime
and he's also a great fighter
and of course Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin, when he gets serious it's one of the coolest things going, but even when he's not serious he still is an extremely cool character

i don't know ... bezerk unit 01 ... i would not want to go any where near that thing with out a death wish. Ok fine you can argue that it's not really a character ... but still ... it's there ...dwchang wrote:I agree...I believe I stated the same thing in this thread or another. I'm going to have to go with madpierrot, and a few others, and say that Spike, from Cowboy Bebop of course, is the coolest charter ever. I would also have to say that Miroku, from Inu-Yasha, and Kenshin, from Rurouni Kenshin , are also great charters. Hamtaro is pritty cool too, I mean he is a little hamster that has big adventures.

no thats true ... spike also probalby didn't slice bullets in half with a barbers razor either ... I agree, haruko is quite cool, but i never seen CB, so i really can't compare ... but haruko is hot ... thats an automatic, 50 points, shes a "fun-loving" person, theres another 20, she's not human ... now i don't know what that dose ... but i think she beat spike somewhere in the first 50 points ... now any girl can make the same argument in spikes favor ... so i'll leave it there ...Pierrot Le Fou wrote:Spike is pretty cool, but he doesnt have a Gibson Flying V or a badass
Vespa, now does he?
