Cowboy Bebop 2

Despite Spike being dead or not, there is actually a good chance of a Cowboy Bebop 2, perse. The Cowboy Bebop: Shooting Star manga is, as read on the site, an "alternate telling of the famous television show". If Watanabe was inclined enough to do a second manga, there is a good chance that he is still willing to do a sequil anime as well. Though, if it does happy, it will not be for a while, but it will be big.

bebop prequel
screw you all i wanna see a prequel with Ed
ED RULES!!!!
actually j/k but i would still really like to know more about Faye just not everything though, because i think we can all agree the the mystery of fayes' past is one of the things that made her such an attractive character in Bebop. So basically if they make anything it shoud be a prequel touchung lightly( still leaving some things a mystery) on fayes, and julias past. or maybe spikes past involvement with that cross gender guy from jupiter jazz, vicious, and shin and his brother.

i agree with you, i think it would be a good idea making an OVA or a movie about Spike's life before he teamed with jet. I think that they made a pretty short amount of chapters relating to Spike's past and in the end, That was what killed him. Yeah with those few chapters that they did people understood the idea but in my opinion that was the most interesting part of the series and it would be good if they do something about that.Bebop0083 wrote:since its doubtfully theyll make a CB2 heres some of my suggestons.
1 make more Cowboy Bebop movies.
2 make a 7 part OVA about each of the characters. that way more depth.
3 do a spinoff series
id like to see the OVA on each of the characters. to me there wasnt enough information on some. they could show how Spike and Jet teamed up. More information on Julia. To me she was kinda of just there. she was only in flashbacks and the last two eps. seeing more background on the Titan war. to me the Jupiter Jazz eps didnt explain enough. sure there were some info on the CB movie but not enough. id like to see an OVA series and more Bebop movies damn it. sure it would take 2 freakin years for them to come over to us. esp if released by Columbia Tirstar like the first movie.

I always thought they were the people sitting right next her. A man with a mustache, and a woman whose features I cannot recall. Before the accident scene, during the quick flashes of memory, there is one of a man holding a book, who I assumed to be her father, and the man on the shuttle.I don't know if any of Faye's family was with her, but clearly some of her family were not in the flight...

I thought that might be the case as well...
The only doubt for me is... if her parents were with her on the flight, who put her in the hospital initially?
I can think of some asnwers
1) Another realtive
2) It was only her father on the shuttle, but her mother wasn't there
3) Part of some Medical Plan with pre-set instructions.
4) The hospital put her there just because she was a survivor
but...
it is sketchy.
The one thing I am sure of is that the writers know the answer. You can usually tell when writers have all the little details worked out (even the ones that never are talked about).

*SPOILERS* (Is this even necessary anymore?)
I think a prequel would be kind of cool, but I also like the idea of picking up after Spike's death with Jet and Faye. Yes, I think they would stay together (not in a romantic type of relationship) because they've only got each other left. As Faye told Spike before he left, the Bebop was her only home now, all she had left.
I agree that Spike is dead. As for all the miraculous recoveries before his final confrontation with Vicious, keep in mind it's an anime, not a real life documentary. The show would have been crappy had Spike died in episode 5. The time wasn't right until the end. Yes, Spike said "I'm not going there to die," but that's because he really wasn't going there for the sole purpose of dieing, he was going there to face Vicious and his past. "Whatever happens, happens," death included. Remember his last words to Vicious, "lets end it all." He knew they'd both die, and I'm sure Vicious knew that too.
