/me is just frustrated that everyone looks at and loves this video as opposed to my "real" best video "Glory of Love." In fact, it continues to fall in star-ratings while Evolution soars higher and higher. Man..I guess I don't know anything about my own videos...or people just like action and hate romance even though one is executed more clearly and has a more solid concept :-P....argh!

No, I agree. It's quite possible. At the same time, you already addressed the speed factor. One thing I do wanna point out is that Soujirou's facade of happiness is ALWAYS there, so I don't think the phrase "before hhe buried himself" is that correct since he is always that way. In fact, Soujirou wasn't fighting when Senkaku was fighting Kenshin, but Saitoh said so himself that he wasn't sure what he'd do.

Again though, it's quite possible Shishio knows since he did journey with the kid for about 10 years.

Nope, sorry. In the manga, it just has a picture of the shot prior to the succession technique hitting. The one with Shishio's sword covered in a whirlwind of fire he's about to swing. My guess it's just a very powerful sword strike that uses fire...making it more powerful (shrug). Both of them were charging each other which implies it's a sword strike (although not a sword drawing technique).

This has nothing to do with the topic but I liked "Glory of Love" more than I liked "Evolution". (even though evolution is the most talked about video) :wink:

Yeah for some reason it's talked about and people like it...I guess it's the fact most ppl on here are guys and most like action...makes sense...but at the same time hard for me to accept it since one is edited better (as in scene selection), has a more clear concept and is executed better...but yeah...senseless action. wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Well, I generally do prefer romance to action, y'know? (*Points to avatar). I don't want to see Glory of Love until I've seen Escaflowne, is all ^_^

I just never got round to it. Seen the movie, and I'll probably buy the series eventually, but there are other things to do at the moment... Actually, I'm buying it almost entirely on your and dwchang's recommendations.

Well, when you finally do see Escaflowne, you won't regret it. Escaflowne is a very good anime. I liked it a lot.

What little you know? Ha! I write like a gazillion words in every post. I'm sure by now you know me as well as my mother j/k :-P. Yeah looking at your avatar, you'll probably like it. It's no Kare Kano (which I like as well), but it's got its romantic themes in it (which is my video) as well as almost everthing else (story, characters development, sci-fi, action, mecha, drama, etc.)

concerning shishio

to all of the people saying shishio would have won if he didnt burst into flames. His heat and burns were the reason for his body making his constant adrenelaine which sharpens every sense he has so hes all like :twisted: . So if he didnt burst into flames he wouldnt be burnt thererfor he wouldnt be fighting with the same ability therefor he would lose. Power like that is a double edged sword. :lol:
