Well, I've never really seen that many disturbing anime scenes (either because my DVD's don't have a high age rating or I'm just used to all of the blood and dying... I dunno), but I saw a similar thread on this forum that died out quite some time ago, and I have to say, some of those scenes mentioned in the posts scared the crap out of me. If I actually saw them animated and not just summarized in spoiler tags, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep for at least a week...

The most disturbing scene I've ever seen is in Noir ep.26

Add repetedly, imprisoned, druged and kidnaped to that spoiler and you have one of the eppisodes of cool devices. Honestly, sometimes I think the people who made that series need to be shot dead.

Yeah, Cool Devices is...extremely screwed up. I'm honestly unsure if the people who made it were advocating the ideas presented within it, or making some sort of an ironic statement about society as a whole.

Well for sheer unholy WTF I guess the worst is this movie Demon City. Particularly scenes where a giant demon rapes women. Very graphic stuff. Then of corse there's tentacle sex in Legend of Overfield.
