Let's see...other anime rules....

19: If there is a mad scientist involved, he/she will always be absolutely insanely infatuated with the main character. This usually leads to intent of dissection, or something similar.

20: No matter how serious the show is, there will always be at least one character who makes it seem alittle less serious.

21: The main female protagonist in a show will almost always be cute or sexy.

Of course! With the exception of some villains, ARE there any ugly anime characters?

oh yea i forgot the anime rule i was going to add...

if you get sucked into an anime tokyo, or japan entierly, has more then likely been destroyed and rebuilt ... possibly several times.

Tetsuo looked pretty ugly near the end
