(side note: I do have enough to pay my rent and way this month. I just spent ALL of my spending/entertainment money for the next couple of weeks though)

What is this bank account you speak of?
Propyro wrote:Your room and book shelves are full of "action figures", not toys or dolls.
Nien!! They are model kits and Resins!
Propyro wrote:You have to go shopping for extra shelf space within a few weeks of buying a new shelf.
Still shopping, I could buy a new shelf if I hadn't bought that last DVD.
Propyro wrote:the wall paper in your room is made of anime posters.
Well, half anime wall scrolls and half ceiling drops I got from work. Who else has a 4 foot XBox Live box?

Guilty as charged. But does it make it doubly bad that I had the District Manager and Homeoffice of the local Mediplay check all of their stores (including Suncoast, Samgoody, exc.) and MTR me a copy of FLCL box?
Hitori wrote:When you say it's source footage for your "Music Videos"...
But they are! It would be right to rent it and rip it.

**there**

Can?

I feel kind of patheic and kind of proud. I guess you could just call it "geeky."

But you have to watch out for the ones that are scratched up... I had numerous problems with rented DVDs where they were scratched beyond any actual use... And and.. they only had that one copy... That's why I buy my own anime... Not only do I like the ones I buy but they are source footage as well! :D

It's kinda troublesome when your friends ask you if they can borrow *place any anime name here* and not rent/buy it themselves... I hate it when I get my stuff back scratched up...

That's exactly what I did! :P
Ramen and rice is a good and inexpensive meal for the starving anime/college student!

That happened once... once.
He was forced to buy me a new one  and then I turned around I sold the old one on ebay. If my DVDs don't remain in immaculate condition many people suffer.

Don't forget the centrum ... who knows what'll happen if you live off ramen and rice alone ... you might break a finger or your wrist trying to pause to "admire" anime girls too fast ...
Hitori wrote: When you only look sfor boxsets
hey, thats just smart shopping ... you get it all in one shot for a little less and plus a usualy cool looking box. Plus you get it all in ons shot so you can watch it all in one shot rather then waiting for your funds to recover (as if they ever do).
