Remember When Kenshin went on CN, they did it again

Xenodrake, the reason I bash CN and AS is because of what they show. They dont show animes with in depth plot lines or comedic performances. No they only show action animes. If they would branch off into different genres it would be different, but as of now they are only showing one spectrum of the rainbow. They even say it themselves "The best place for ACTION cartoons!" Even Kenshin relies on action. Not to say its not a cool anime (atleast up til Kyoto) but they need variety. I guess it doesn't really matter how much we hate it, they are still going to show things edited or animes we dont want them to. Its the trend for mainstream america to grab popular things up and try to make profit off it. Just look what they did to punk music in the early 90s.

Soul Taker is going to Tech TV. It is one of the three new series that they are going to have premiere this summer. This month sometime is Soul Taker, July will premiere Gatekeepers 21 and August will introduce Boogiepop Phantom.

And it makes more sense for Tech TV to handle the 6-13 eps series because their blocks are organized a bit better to handle a shorter series. Cn with it's either once weekly (which is nearly entirely american comedy cartoons anyway) or 4 days a week. Even the 26 ep series get repeated too much on adult swim.

i just have to say this now .. please .. for the love of god .. i hope CN ... just ... doesnt ... screw .. this .. one ... up ... it ranks in their as my favorite show\series of all time .. i just hope it isnt butchered =\

Are you talking about Kenshin? You obviously haven't read the thread and others. They already have butchered it so...too late

i dont knwo .. even wehen CB. was on adult swim .. they took out whole episodes ... like the space shuttle one ... (wild horses?) and the Teddy bomber one .... what are they gping to do about episode 2 of flcl, FireStarter?

The only reason CN is messing up anime on Adult Swim is because they can't stop dumb little kids from watching it. They edit blood and most violence out because kids don't have the sense to not copy what they see. It's worhtless to edit out violence becauseviolence is everywhere so why not just let the rest of us see the unedited versions of anime?
