I like: well-meaning comedic insanity (Ed from CBB), strong and independent without being bitchy (Misato from Eva, Faye from CBB), fragile and lonely but not weak (Rei from Eva), outrageously cute and upbeat (Botan from Yu-Yu Hakusho)

I dislike: ill-tempered annoying insanity (Asuka from Eva), too bitchy when they need to be rational yet too weak when the shit hits the fan (Asuka from Eva, Cera from The Land Before Time, which isn't really anime but I don't care), unrealistically drawn bodies (every female in the history of animation except for The Lion King)

I really don't mind: pathetic losers who always temporarily grow a pair of balls just in time to save the world from certain doom (Shinji from Eva)

I also Like Boton. She is great.

Cracked me up other day when Yusuke and Kurabara are chasing a bad guy down alley and bad guy makes a left turn and suddenly goes flying to the right. The two"heroes" are shocked to see Boton standing there with a baseball bat and the demon is down for the count.

Time for another B3 list 8) In top 10 format this time

10. Asuka: Evangelion- I don't know why everybody hated this girl. So what, she was arrogant, who isn't sometimes (okay so maybe she was more so than others) But I think when it came right down to it she was just a really depressed girl in need of someone just saying "I love you" or giving her a hug. Which I know I would've.
9. Milly: Trigun- Very,very cute. In a big way I might add. I liked her whole orientation towards family and togetherness. She was by far the sweetest person in Trigun, who even in the bleakest moments still managed to crack a smile (Wolfwood's death ring a bell?) Who wouldn't want a sweet kind-hearted women like that?
8. Sango: Inuyasha- I like Sango mainly because of her discipline. She is a very upright and honorable women, who will willingly fight for what is right, or for the sake of friends, family, or the innocent. She holds an accertive nature, but not to much to make it seem like everything has to go her way, just the right way. Someone like Sango I would definatly want by my side.
7. Misato:Evangelion- This is the kind of women I think all men would want. She's sexy, assertive, can fight, and likes beer. But she's also the kind of girl who you know could make it on her own if she wanted. She's kind also, and is a very outgoing person, and with a good personality that can be a good trait. I know I wouldn't mind if I had Misato livin' with me

6. Kiyone: Tenchi Universe- The "Teal-Tressed Goddess" as she is often refered to on the internet is one of my personal favs. She is very down to earth in terms of attitude and appearence, and handels a tough situation well. Her abilities in multiple professions and mediums also makes me like her as it shows versatility, so you know she wouldn't have a problem taking care of herself. And to cap it all off, she is pretty sexy

Kiyone is the kind of girl I would love to take home to meet the parents.
5. Belldandy: Oh! My Goddess- Her optimism and kindness are what draw me to this fine women. She is the kind of person that you know you could count on when things are dim. And she's always willing to learn new things, or to try new things. Its just her overall innocences to life that also makes her attractive. Belldandy as a whole in terms of personality and apperance explains why she is the "goddess among goddesses"
4. Deedlit: Record of Lodoss War- The ever adorable Deedlit "everyone's favorite elf" is as sweet as sugar cane, but can be as bitter a curdeled milk if you push the right buttons. Her whole oneness with the world is what brought me to liking this vixon of nature. She feels the only problem with the world is the bad, corruptive people in it (funny same outlook I got 8) )Also her determination to teach and change the world around her for the better and for peace is what makes me like Deedlit so damn much.
3. Ryoko: Tenchi Muyo- The genetic construct of a super intelligent scientist, Ryoko has almost everything I like in women. She's sexy, pretty intelligent, cute at times, sweet/gentle, fun loving, outgoing. She almost has it all. Even when she is angry I like her. Her devotion is what I probly love the most about her though. I would definatly love it if I had a women like Ryoko devoted to me

2. Tifa: Final Fantasy 7- Litterally the girl next door, Tifa is a walking portrait of all that is beautiful in the women of anime. She is as gentle as a kitten, yet can fight like a bear. She's as beautiful as the stars, and can make a man see them if they mistreat her or anyone she cares for. She runs her own business, can kick some ass if needed and will litterally die for the man she loves. God I wish all women were like Tifa.
1. Integral: Hellsing- Probly the hardest one for people to grasp is this one. Why do I love Integral so? Cause she's everything that most anime women aren't. She has all the traits they have and then some. To me she is so on the verge of perfection it isn't funny. Maybe its so hard for people to understand why I like her because its so hard for me to describe it. It's like she has everything that I'm looking for and then more. I can go on and on about how great Integral is but I think with this list I've already made a big enough fool outta myself saying about what I like in totally fictictious women...

It's not just that she was "arrogant sometimes maybe." She was REALLY arrogant. She was arrogant to the point of delusion. She thought she was invincible and infallible, and she was incapable of accepting or admitting when she was wrong or when she was beaten. This narcissism was so deep that she lost her overinflated ego, several of Unit 02's limbs, her status as a pilot, her mind, and ultimately, her life. She never learned from her mistakes. But she couldn't just screw herself over; oh no, she had to make everyone else miserable too by being physically and verbally abusive, especially to Shinji, whose life is in enough turmoil without her constant aggravation. She did not care about anyone else, exept maybe Kaji; but she even ignores his wishes on many occasions in hopes of getting what she wants for herself. Not one part of her personality can be described as good.

Lum is all woman to me. She is cute and sexy at the same time. She is innocent and she truly cares although she can be selfish. She loves Ataru very deeply although he seldom returns it to her. I wish she would love me like that because I would give her anything she wanted. Lum only gets mad if you hurt the one she loves or that person cheats on her. She has a very pretty smile but if she can gets mad than she shows her 6 inch fangs and her horns grow out a little. She's cute when she's mad if you ask me. I don't know how many other people on this board are truly infatuated with an animated woman but I am in love with Lum. The second most interesting anime girl to me is Lina inverse. If you asked me these two are very close to real life girls. Only much more wackable.
