my way = open avs script of ripped vob in virtualdub(or file that is readable in vdub), go to a good scene, hit print screen, open up photoshop, new file, crop, and save for web.
*repeat for additional scenes and let it set for one minute to prevent serious burns

The easiest and fastest way to do this stuff!

It goes on your clip board.

Just go to some photo editing program, paint, psp, whatever and paste it there.
