You had the tags right, but you cannot use a photo that resides on your hard drive. It has to exist somewhere on the web, somewhere where you put it.

Find an image host. Geocities is ok, but any images you wish to host from there need to have a .txt extension (i.e. animepicture.txt). Once you've uploaded the images ot an account, just press the Img button, type in the URL (with filename) where the image is located, and press the Img button again. Then post.

No, you almost had it. The extra [img] tags at the end are what screwed it up.
