What anime would you want to turn into a hollywood movie?

Seriously though, I am looking forward to the Eva movie (if it ever comes out?), though I don't have my expectations set too high. That way, if it sucks, I can just say "ah, figures". If it's good, I'll be pleasantly surprised. Though I'll see it regardless

My vote is for Samuria Champloo. It's such a simple concept no one could possibly mess it up...right? Oh wait, yeah they could (Alien vs. Predator).

I think alot people watch anime to stay away from Hollywood and live action in general. If pressed however Ranma 1/2 would be good for a laffo so long as they didn't americanize it or use big name actors.

Yeah they could make some good anime movies only if they didnt hollywood it out. I mean look at that Doom 3 movie thats coming out and basically all movies from games. I dont think theres ever been a Anime to Movie yet has there? But Champloo would be pretty sweet, though i havent even seen the hole series yet, Adult Swim just reset it after i think..14..so im guessing second season hasnt come out yet.

I also vote for Samurai Champloo. Next I vote for Gungrave. I wonder how that would turn out. I know if done correctly, Gungrave would turn out to a great live action movie. Not exactly sure as to who would direct, who would play who. I could almost see Samuel L. Jackson as Bear Walken, maybe Ashanti, Ciara, or Olivia as Sherri Walken, and maybe Jet Li could play Balladbird Lee. Then we could some NBA stars, and a few pro-wrestlers like The Big Show, Kane, The Undertaker, Gene Snitsky, Chris Masters, and few others to play the Orc-men.

My next vote is for Vandread. I wonder what a live action version would be like.

I agree on seeing a Samurai Champloo movie (coz' of all the action it would have) and I also agree on seeing a Gungrave movie but I disagree on seeing Ashanti, Ciara, or Olivia as Sherri Walken.

2.did anyone ssee the live action DBZ movie???
3.id say Bersek or Samurai X are ggood candidets and even tengou Tenge
for the people who work on movies id have to say the guys that worked on Storm Riders or A Man Called Hero or even the ones who worked on Shaolin soccer.those were all phenomenal movies.
