Hahaha, man that happy face head shot of yours Rozard is pretty funny, I would say using Cowboy Bebop. There are many headshots in Bebop, and if you need specific episodes, let me know, i'll tell ya.

Ok then.....by the way your avatar is cool Angel......Well, I bebop episode 5 Ballad Of Fallen Angels, when at the cathedral, Spike shoots the guy holding Faye in the head, and blood splatters on Faye(you need the dvd to get the head shot, as, they did not show it on tv, I can get it to you if you want it) episodes 25 & 26 The Real Folk Blues parts 1 & 2, there are plenty, but the best it when Vicious slices the Sindicate leaders head in half and says,"and you will shed tears of scarlet" (once again you'll need the dvd rip, tv sucks!) and many more in other episodes, if you want more let me know.
