Well you got to admit that many people here don't even understand. We are the select few who actually don't really see a problem with any of it. But their are many issues I would like to discuss but this isn't the place to be doing that.

And Toei decided to cancel the releases.

But yea, companies like 4Kids tend to not give a damn about the anime fanbase unless there's a REALLY high demand (plus some luck wouldn't hurt

). Heck, look at Nelvana. After that premiere of that bastarized version of Cardcaptor Sakura, they gave in to the fans' demands and allowed Geneon (formally Pioneer) to release uncut, subbed versions on DVD. I hope 4Kids would do the same for Tokyo Mew Mew (at the most part, I hope they KEEP the name).

I started watching uncensored anime from the beginning plus I buy DVDs for my anime needs. I dont care either way, if you have a problem with censored anime then buy the dvds. Censorship will never go away.

I seriously doubt that any of your guys would want to see uncensored raw anime constantly, unless if you're the type go out of your way to expose yourself to more graphic violence, sex, and other materials of that calibre. Even if you can watch and handle some of the conditions and issues invovled in these shows, it necessarily won't be a good thing.

I am assuming that your people are not a fully mateur audience.

hmmm. Indeed censoring is a bit annoying. A part in bebop was edited out that I fould quite amusing

Episode 8 (Waltz for Venus): Faye is running around and terroizing people for info on Piccoro ( I believe that's the spelling). She busts open a door and aims her gun a guy (presumably naked) in bed. That's the AS version. For those of you who own the series uncut, you already know that there wasn't just one presumably naked guy in that bed, there were two.
