I have no idea what my favorite scene is. I do like this one scene of Sailor Moon, during the S season, I can take a guess, episode 100ish? Uranus and Neptune enter the marine cathedral. They get attacked by evil red panels from the walls with cupids on them and destroy them and another one comes and goes for Uranus and Neptune pushes her out of the way and gets knocked onto another panel that switches around and disappears and Uranus runs to the room to save her. The rest is a spoiler and I don't wanna bother with that atm :O

The scene in Onegai Teacher when Kei seriously nods at Mizuho's "invitation"...

Of all the fucking moronic idiotic harem-ish anime heroes and other guys, that one scene told me that there ARE smart and practical anime dudes...

I LOVED THAT PART! The expression on his face was brilliant.

Though an equally funny Slayers moment:

The episode where the gang goes searching for the Claire Bible and end up in some ruins. Lina and Amelia must Sing a spell which Zel gives them...

As always things blow up, to the tune of Lina yelling: It's a small price to pay for all of you seeing me sing and dance!

Gotta love Slayers.

(Purposely vague, I'm too lazy for spoiler tags.)
Crest of the Stars, when Lafiel is telling the story about when she was very young. It's just a funny story and some of the results make for fun screencaps.

Later in the series: "You're as thick as frozen vegetables!"

From Banner, just after the mock battle ends. Jinto learns that he's been.... less than discrete.

Inuyasha:
In one of the Inuyasha episodes Miroku and Sango are climbing a mountain of purity or something and Miroku keeps struggling against the awesome power of the mountain so he can get a grope on Sango.

Azumanga Daioh:
Asaka enters a race just so she can stick her face in a box of flour, or maybe late in the season when 'Chiyo's father' flys in a window and she yells out in broken english "Oh my god!"

Fumoffu:
Toss up between the soccer match, the karate students getting punched in the 'delicates', and watching bonta kun kick the ass of a bunch of security mashers.

Cardcaptor Sakura:
Tomoyo comforts Mai Ling, reminding us that anime should show the consequences of our choices even if we don't see them. "I would have waited forever" she cries, and tries to understand. ( in this case Li never knows the extent of what he's done)

Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi:
Tina says goodbye. Similar to the above in a way I guess, but it was a fairly emotional scene.
