I watched She, the ultimate Weapon (not sure if its the real title .. i think it might even be bootlegged

I agree ... when you say short i'd figure some thing like Hellsing or Lain which is about 14 episodes long, and i recomend both of them. FLCL, or any OVA will do since i haven't seen an OVA thats longer then 6 episodes. then Kenshin OVA's are supposed to be good, in north america they go by the name Samurai X.
