Umm well, not to be a pervert because i've observed the way they dress up the characters in anime and I see that in Vandread that they seemed to have dressed up the characters in the most provocable ways, showing this, showing that...

anyway to answer ur question, i'm saying yes i think that BC might be a woman...down there, but u would need to explain the voice.

well if you think about it, BC was on a mission and if she urg...sigh, he had anything and i mean ANYTHING that might blow his cover he would be screwed. but how can his voice still be so low after the process.

Well, if you remember Vandread at the part when BC revealed himself, he pressed a button that masked his male voice. So he/she had two completely different voices. And of course there r those women that have deep voices, and they were shown in Vandreqad as well.
