Um, you mean the one where Kirby jumps up really high, then comes back down hard and swings the sword releasing a blue wave? I'm pretty sure that move's usually called the Final Cutter.

yeah, the attack is Final cutter. An awsome attack that premiered on Kirby Super Star. He slices & dices his oponents with his cutter sword, then flys up, slashes down & when he hits the ground his blade unleashes a shockwave that slashes through any thing in its way!

I love that attack!

In the latest episode of kirby features Mirror ability. This first aperance of mirror ability in the anime. This episode just premiered in the U.S. this morning!
